Guys i,m out on the Heugh tomorrow. I,m only expecting a couple of flatties,but you never know there might still be the odd little cod knocking about.
Just bought a 9 foot shakespear spinning rod and fixed spool reel along with some 15 lb line reel off e-bay.
Waiting in anticipation for the sprats being chased by the macky.
I,ll be buying some spinners and floats later.
I got hooked last year on fishing on the close of the Macky season. Caught a bagfull on feathers with heavy gear. This year light gear and more sport.
