me and a couple of lads from work are heading across to port carlisle again this bank holiday monday .Fished there on sunday and had a good day plenty of flatties if anyone else fancies a look out and there is a few up for it we could make it a cash match. Biggest flattie on sunday was 44cm thats around 2lb

If anyone is going across the A69 to Cumbria be aware there is 2 new speed cameras either side of the Shell garage at Low Row near the Nortumberland/Cumbria border.
The existing camera on the bridge at Hayden Bridge is still out of action after been fire bombed again.

I would guess not Graham, far too short notice for me and I would guess most others that have families too.

Jim, surely 5 days notice is enough for most people to make there minds up? family or not. You know what its like , give people too much notice and they say yes at the time in good faith and then forget all about it! (NvS - this year)
I reckon a weeks notice spot on, it was for me anyway and i've got a young family.
