Anyone got any ideas for a bass come flattie rod similar to the greys BZE only not that pricey. going to stick a abu 6000 on it and scratch around warkworth and boulmer.
Any help would be appreciated might go that pricey if overtime and the wife come into line..

I usually just use my carp rod.
Remember one day using it spinning for bass at cambois. Great fun, only me there and hit a massive shoal must have had over 30 between 1 and 2lb in an hour. Great fun!
They look good rods for the money. I've got a Daiwa Supercast which is around the same money but lovely to use.
Might be worth looking at Penn Powerstix Bass. Think it's £50 on Veals. Won one last year but never had a chuck as I sold it on. Looks and feels quite nice, similar at 11' 6" and 2-4oz casting weight.
found this Fox Impressa Bass - 11ft 6in Fixed Spool/Multiplier 1-3oz
sale price £38.99 should be £78.99 never used one but some other members may have an opinion. Ah and it was from www.gerrysfishing.com. Hope it helps
