Great day out.

Sitting in the house bored today so i posted a message asking members for advice on any marks around cramlington area. Got a reply from fishfinder saying he would take me out and show me some marks.

He picked me up and we spent the next couple of hours looking at loads of marks between Blyth and North Shields. To top it off he was kind enough to give me some maps with hundreds of marks on. This was great for me as i am a total novice and i've learnt more today than i have in the last six months.

To top my day off i went along to Blyth pier and caught a good size plaice on my first cast. It was taken on rag tipped with mackreal.

So all in all i had a great day and would urge all people who just view the site to get registered and join in. The help and info you will get off the people here is great and will greatly speed up your learning.

i know where your coming from gregg fishfinder helped me out last week but all the lads on here are great any problems or advice you need they will help you out .i lost my job two weeks ago and the help and advice i got was unreal i have never known people like this. they are so friendly and very helpfull i would like to say thanks to everyone on this site for all there help over the last few months
