I can hear the sighs already lol. With time a bit on the tight side to say the least I thought I would chance a few quid with these just so I had some bait in the freezer for when the chance arises.

So I ordered 50 frozen blacks, 1lb of unwashed squid and some mussel late on Wednesday night set the date of delivery for today and it was dispatched straight away Thursday and arrived bang on time.

I gingerly opened the well sealed polystyrene box and found my bait still frozen with ice packs, spot on. Anyway I let a pack of blacks defrost, I think their better defrosted and refroze a few times, same for mussel, and I've got say they're really good. They haven't been squeezed to death so it's just skin and they're all of a good size. The mussels are good and so is the squid. Very reasonably priced as well.

Just thought I would give it a mention for those of you who are in the same boat as me regarding time.
    Regards Nicky.

I had more or less the same experience with baits r us
delivery was £7 though free if you spent £60
Thinks its worth it if your getting a canny bit but by the time you put delivery on its not worth it for just a few trips worth
what was the total cost for your order? if you dont mind me asking?

I've used them both a canny few times and everything's been spot on. £7 for postage, but it would cost me that in petrol to go and buy bait.

Me and a mate were going to order a load of bait from them but I was a bit unsure of the quality, £60 is a bit to spend when you've not tried it before

I've been toying with the idea of using online services for bait. Glad you posted this will give it a try myself. Cheers

The total cost with delivery was 26.70. I don't mind the delivery cost, it saves me running around as I don't drive so bus, metro fares would come close to the delivery cost anyway. I would rather have it brought to my door and I would definitely use them again even though your not classed as a 'proper' angler for not 'sourcing' your own bait. For me if it's good stuff, which I think it is, then why not use online bait shops.
                  Regards Nicky.

give them a go mate, it's the convenience for me and as already said the bait I've had is good quality.
