As davy says mate there's not a better local place then cullercoats in a big northerly in daylight. If I was you that's where I would be heading.Regards Nicky.

Fish into the harbour mate, either off the south side which I prefer or the skeers on the north side, goatsies, warriors etc. You can fish off the south pier following the tide down after the seas died down but don't give it a thought in the forecast seas.Regards Nicky.
