  • hello lads

hello lads, well i'm finally back on line and living in iceland. been pretty busy sorting out somewhere to live and a vehicle plus all the other stuff you need to do when you move to another country.

the weather has been a bit rough, we were going to go fishing last weekend but 20mph+ winds, rain hail sleet and snow put us off a bit the weather was so bad not even the commercial boats went out.

as soon as i start fishing [hopefully this weekend] i'll stick some pics up of what we catch.

    all the best, Peter Thain

                              Iceland

                              Hello Peter,

I,m just new to the forum and was wondering why have you moved to Iceland.
A couple of my mates at work are fed up and are emigrating to different places.
One family is off to Canada and the other to New Zealand ( if job applications are ok).
I have never heard of anyone moving to Iceland.
One thing is for certain i bet there is tons of fish up there.

Best wishes Mick Dunn (Consett, origanally a Hartlepool lad.)
Personal best, 12.5lb Tope Scotland. 22/05/2012.
