  • Night session on saturday

I'll be out for a session on saturday night from about 9.30pm till daft o clock. Low tide is 11.45pm and fairly low at 0.74m.

probably just end up on shields beach, or roker pier if it's open, but might try somewhere new, any suggestions for such a low tide mark?? I've fished druridge bay a few times but always on high tide, is it any good on a low, and is there any chance of cod off druridge?

Fished Druridge a few times Andy and always low water up... its so clean though I don't think it would be worth it for codling mate, plenty flatties though! .... plenty of better spots about. Some nice codling coming off Shields pier at the moment, 4x sized codling the other night Best of luck wherever you end up. Tight lines

I'll be out Saturday night Andy. I've got deliveries to do for our lass Saturday afternoon so my fishing will be evening to night. Probably Shields pier. If you're not going anywhere else I'll be up there. Got a new reel to try too.

I won't be getting out until after 5 as I have deliveries to do for our lass on Saturday so I'll have to stay out a bit to make it worth my while.

I'm still on the sick at the minute from work and I'm counting down until I can go again because my shoulder is knackered. I was wanting to know a decent low water shot because I'm going fishing beginning of October when the big tides are here, think its Saturday the 5th and low water is at 10.45. Give me s shout if you find a decent spot to fish the ebb as I was gonna head down about 8.30 and fish a couple down and a couple up.
