  • fenix hp11 headlamp

I'm looking on getting a knew headlamp but don't have a fortune to spend and also want something decent. I know all about the cheap Chinese Cree lamps so does anyone know first hand what these are like. They look and sound the part for sensible money.

    cheers.
    Regards Nicky.

People seem to speak highly of them like, especially for the price. By the time you spend loads of money on an expensive one you may as well get a few cheaper ones and they will last you lol.

I've had a led lensor but I found it a little fragile and the wire split near the light. The fenix look decent though and I will have a good look at the Chinese ones but there's so many lol.
          Regards Nicky.

Fenix is the best lamp I've had, I use an H7 as back-up (but never needed it, other than to lend to others!). Tiga's & Speleo's etc are all now pretty much retired. Ordered mine from Fenix UK, on the off chance there's a problem I can get it fixed; wouldn't get mine from far east as they don't give a stuff about customer service generally, and mine came 18 hours after I placed the order.
