  • WHERE\'S ALL THE FISH ?

Is it just me (quite possibly), or is the shore fishing absolutely crap at the minute?
Last 3 sessions = TOTAL blank

Had a couple of hours out tonight at Littlehaven Beach - which ususally fishes quite well on a big low tide, not even a bite

Never mind, it didn\'t rain...lol and I\'m busy consoling myself with several cans of John Smiths and a bottle of Navy Rum, hic ! :P so apologelies (wasn\'t he a Greek philosopher?) for any smelling mitsakes, hic - burp :P

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Sorry guy\'s I didn\'t fish last night, after a look see i decided to fish tonight in the big rollers. Made the fatal mistake of telling her indoors about the 5 fingered \"purple\" rubber fish and suffered for it all day long. Ill keep you posted as to tonights results. Digging out the nose wires so the kit can stay on the deck.

We had a match at Newbiggin on Saturday 14 rods, 2 fish
I believe Cleadon Club had a sweepstake match with only 2 fish caught.
Then New Hartley Open 350 rods, 23 fish

              I\'d say it\'s poor!

Tony give the walkway a bash on a tide under 4.5, reason for the smaller tide is that it runs fasr past the walkway and i have always find it fishes better on a smaller tide.Th Tyne seems packed with whiting and small codling aand colie.
