Im fishing the prvate beach next weekend. The only problem is i havnt a clue where it is.
I think its just passed Creswell but not %100 sure.
Anyone tell me exactly where it is and the best place for parking.
    Cheers

If u are fishing nite time u could park near the icecreem shop at cresswell for safety but not in there car park think they have a clamping sign up.walk along the road about 300 yards south look over the top to the sea you should see rocks to your left and sand to your right thats it. day time you can park more or less above the beach.

The easiest way of finding Private beach is as foss says travel south from Cresswell for a few hundred yards, watch on the right hand side for a caravan park there will be a car park on the left hand side of the road just opposite the caravans, park here and go down the steps, Private beach is slightly to the left as you go down onto the beach.

Not sure what the car park is like for safety, I have fished here a couple of times and had no problems and I've never heard of any problems but that's not to say your car would be 100% safe, then again there's no such thing now.

The advantage of this mark is you can still fish it with a big sea on as the outer carrs take the sting out of the sea, mind you I've never tried it on a big sea, that's just what I've heard. It can be a cracking mark though if the conditions are right.
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares?... He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!

Also - at night, watch out for holes (sometimes big ones) in the sand scoured out by the sea - so don't wade!!!!
So long and thanks for all the fish! (www.lsbsac.co.uk)
