    As you can see from this, Hendon Groyne is beginning to fall apart...





    ...also some of you will know that the high drum was breached and broken too.
    Is the whole of Hendon Docks just gonna be left to fall apart?
    Actually, if the groyne does eventually break, it could be good news for the prom anglers - it means we'll get a decent tide run back!
    People don't realise that the groyne actually takes a big percentage of the tide run away.

        I wouldn't go anywhere near it on a big sea Bronson, unless you like swimming

            Years ago John (nothing massive though) when you were allowed on there. I used to fish Hendon a lot in those days (my teens) as it was only a 20 min bike ride from my house

              I had some great nights fishing from Hendon, as Davey says though when it was allowed. Just say got off safely one night too, and there was no sea running when we went on.
