    can anyone tell me what species of Scorpion fish this is?
    Species 2012.
    Uk. Codling,whiting,

      Its difficult to tell from that picture but purely on the size ibwould say its a long spined, the Short Spined tend to be much bigger.

        I have caught several species of Scorpion fish abroad and they can be hard to identify sometimes.
        I thought this was a long spine but wanted confirmation. I never thought to check the throat..
