    i know this has already been covered before but i need to know where to get some as i need to build a spigot up thanks

    Havent got a clue where to get graphite spray mate but was told a tip years ago that if you rub a candle on the worn spigot it works just the same, tried it on an old rod and it worked but didnt go fishing as often then so not sure how long it would last!

      mate dont use candle wax as it will peel off and ware away from water and the likes get hold of some bees wax from a fly tying shop and rub that over it. this stuff will make it snuck as out and wont erode away, the bees wax is dirt cheap like £1.50 or summit and you can put as much on as u need to make a snug fit

        hi m8 i think its graphite powder you want i searched myself a few months ago on yell.com its about the only thing i would use. cant remember now why i did,nt chased it up further . i believe my friend give me a little but i am still interested myself in a local supplier

          there is a graphite spray you can get but i seem to remember its very expensive, i'm pretty sure andy rutherford had a can of it but not sure where he got it, may be worth giving him a phone call to ask.
