    after a new headlight so would like to what are decent and what are not looking over the 100 quid range many thanks with the help

    Cree 1800 lumens on ebay 20 quid delivered.,I've had mine 2year only problem no warning it just cuts out but get a full 4hrs comp on medium power,I only use full power moving about on the rocks .

      agree cree 1800 live mine be nice if you got a spare battery if you do long sessions

        I've got a cree t6 as well. 17 quid with mains charger car charger and 2 batteries. You can buy extra batteries as well.
        All the gear, no idea.

          Go on ebay m8 £30 li-lon battery 2500lux 5w powered minerslighthad one for 2years best thing i have bought in a long time i used it for 5nights and still lots left in it

            As said carnt go wrong with those cree head lights uve had one for 3yr never had a problem with it so id say get a cree they are good.

                Ive got an led lenser rechargeable mate..40 quid.its excellent.very lightweight, small, zoomable, very bright..highly recommend mate

                    I know these are pretty heavy full but a second hand Tiga SL could be worth a shout for under £100, I've had mine 10 years and it's still going strong......

                    You may be able to get one for under £100 if you search about...

                      I Gary I've got a couple of 1800 zoomable can't beat them for the money as you say the only draw back is you get no warning

                            No charger you need to get a good set of rechargeables just put fenix hp 11 into a search engine to find stockist
