    The lateral line is straight so it's a coley. Whiting and pollack both have a curve in the lateral line.

            Would say a whiting but never seen one that colour or is it just flash off camera thats made it appear yellow. Did it have lots of little small sharp needle point type teeth?

              No barb, and I don't think it had teeth that I noticed.
