I might hit up some early morning float fishing if I can drag myself out my pit (I'm a lazy *******). The dunes car park is £3 for an all day ticket

Cheers fella, only heading out for a couple of hours, just hope it's fishing well. Just hope I can catch a few to use as bait on sunday as I fancy a trip up to St. Mary's.

In that case it's a penny a minute but try and have the right change cause I put £1 in before and it gave me an hour instead of 1 hour 40 mins. It's been alright lately like mackerel are a bit hit and miss if that's what your after, there's been a few nice Pollack and Coalies taken past the block, I got mine on live launce. Hope this helps mate

I've just got back in from 5:30am 5 mackerel between 2 of us, it's very poor this morning on there for the amount of rods.
                  Always got it!

parking at the end of the pier is £3 for all day

I was down there myself on Wednesday, literally dozens of mackerel being yarked in off the end of the railings by a group of 6 kids, far too many fish to count, ( never mind carry off the pier?!?) as well as plenty coming in from the sea side as well.

Wasn't good at all - broke my duck though, caught a sand eel - whoo hoo. Other than that I only saw two other fish get caught! Very quiet indeed. Oh well, it was a few hours out in the fresh air!!!

Yeah it was cr@p this morning. I fished the pier from 6am until 9.30am moving around from the slab up to the second gate and back and had nothing. I could see lots of launce swimming about and fish jumping all over the place (salmon?) but nothing liked the look of my lures.

I wasnt too far behind you matey. fished from 7 til 9:45 near the brigade hut. And yeah, I saw the salmon, but was quite pleased I didn't catch one as I don't have a migratory licence!

I must have walked right past you on my way off. There was a group of three lads just before the brigade hut, could have been you? I stopped to let one of them cast then my phone went off and I had to talk to someone for about half an hour lol

I was the lad on my own to your right! Were you still on your phone in the car park? If you are the person I am thinking of you were on your phone as you packing up the car as I walked past.
