    can any lads tell me where to fish up dunstanbrough,heard its canny up there for the fishing but not sure where to fish,also not to far of a hike coz taking the wife for a few hours,some where near castle would be ideal,any good marks and info greatly appreciated.

    Forget dunstanburgh if you don't want to walk far as its quite a hike.

        You could try a few marks in and around the area "theirs the black hole between cullernose and craster or try the harbour great for coal fish or try cushat stiel halfway between craster and dunstanburgh plenty wrasse and doggies great place if you got the kids plenty grassy banks for a picnic and for them to run around safely

            Fishing marks are next to the castle mate, I never understood people saying its a canny hike, its a 10 minute walk tops, and a nice walk at that.

              i find it a nice enjoyable walk, accross flat ground.

              fising is behind the castle.

                I agree m8 a 10 to 15 min walk at best and a nice walk at that a bit hairy in the winter when u got a northerly and snow in ya face lol

                  its a 30 minute walk from craster to the marks at the castle,there are marks along the way that are easy to fish,but if you are with wifey the harbour would suit for plenty coalys and flatties. davy.
