  • Edible crab..bass?

ive just got a few crabs off my uncle who works the pots, anyway ive got a few crabs and ate the beautifull claws and white meat, however no one in my house is keen on the back, what if i wrapped this in a squid body and elasticated it together on a pennel and prodded a few holes in the squid with a hook to let smell out, surely this would be a good bass bait? anyone tried this technique before..

Cooked crab meat does not work as bait has no scent or juices mate

it would more than likely be the squid that would attract a take " but one never knows

Ive had bass on small hard back shore crab . And had bass with eater peeler in them so can't see why it wouldn't work, ( if the bass are about) I would try it in a finger bandage , the way you do when using cart, but as the lads have said if it's cooked its no good,
