ive just got a few crabs off my uncle who works the pots, anyway ive got a few crabs and ate the beautifull claws and white meat, however no one in my house is keen on the back, what if i wrapped this in a squid body and elasticated it together on a pennel and prodded a few holes in the squid with a hook to let smell out, surely this would be a good bass bait? anyone tried this technique before..

Ive done in winter but never known anyone try it for bass

Ive had bass on small hard back shore crab . And had bass with eater peeler in them so can't see why it wouldn't work, ( if the bass are about) I would try it in a finger bandage , the way you do when using cart, but as the lads have said if it's cooked its no good,Comment
