  • help needed for beginner

    going fishing low tide tomorrow got 9m till 2pm spare. due to kids school runs bla bla. anyway live whitley bay - after best location for low tide and bait in area. many thanks

    Hi Lowesy,
    Frasers for bait is your easiest, try the back of Rocky Island, off the pipe, depending on the sea state, Not bad to get to. Be careful like, If youre alone.

      Hi Lowesy and welcome to NESA mate.

      I would agree with Paul (Hiram) on both of his suggestions. Rocky Island is pretty good for both getting on and off but as he says be carefull if you are by yourself as one slip can put you in a lot of trouble. You could also try Collywell Bay which is just next to Rocky Island as there are a few fish coming from there at the moment.
