Mark advice request

Need to get out this week after working on mother in laws kitchen all weekend. Wednesday looks favorite after work so I would be fishing maybe 2 down 2 up.

Its only a little tide as well, could anyone advise me of a decent mark to try between the wear and tyne ?

Still searching for a decent Plaice so any possible marks much appreciated.
