ID this fish

Saw this caught on Teusday, been trying to ID it myself, nearest I found is some type of blenoid, it has fleshy eyebrows that are folded behind its eyes, to help with ID

Looks like a Common Blenny / Shanny to me Lipophrys pholis, Shanny : aquarium

nope, its not a blenny/shanny, different shape completely, plus it has fleshy eyebrows, which made me think it was a blenoid type

the lappetts behind the eyes were smooth, not feathered, and it's head was not quite the right shape for the blenny.
