  • Quick fix for wader boots

If your like me and "forget" to clean your boot as soon as you've had a long session in the sea and would rather go to bed or have a beer then this might be the thing for you.

I was trawling the internet for new wader boots to replace the old ones I have with salt build up, corroded eyes and laces welded to the eyes and I had a epiphany. Why spend £20-100 on boots than in a years time are going to do the same because I "forget" to clean them

PARACORD is the answer. Get some cheap and cheerful paracord smaller diameter than your current laces.. tear them out of your boots and chuck em or keep hold.

Then do this to your eyelets

After that lace up and your good to go.

no ripping your laces from your eyelets and no fuss.

P.S. I know its not technique or tackle but in the long run it will save you money if your forgetful
Species: Cod, Bass, Coalie, Flounder, Dab, Rockling, Mackerel, Plaice, Pollock, Ballen Wrasse, L/S Scorpion, Common Blenny, Weaver (unfortunately), Whiting, Common Eel, Trout, Pike... think that's it
