Komono II makes a lovely snaking motion with a rolling action when fished slowly in the top 18inches of water, can be fished closer to surface with the rod tip up. The Vision 110's have a tighter wiggle and rolling action and fish slightly deeper than the Komono II.

that would depend what your setup is, on my standard lure setup i tend to aim between 10 - 30g, with most of my poppers and plugs being between 10-20g and my trusty old Zeniths at 28g.
Just fond these on ebay, some good looking copy lures, ive ordered a couple to see what they are like in the flesh.
