Went up for a few hours yesterday afternoon/evening on a sporting ticket 
Was the first bit of fly fishing I\'ve done in a long time and I really did struggle 
However, my cousin knows the lads up there and one of them (Paul I think) came over and showed me what I was doing wrong
Made me realise where I was going wrong and within a few minutes he had me casting much much better 
So thanks to Paul for the help and advice
it\'s much appreciated!! Didn\'t catch anything though
