  • An amazing session down yorkshire

The day started slow, and i took a couple of suprise baits... along with the usual things. The day started slow with a carp running every now and then, after 3-4pm it went mental with two rods running at the same time regularly, one rod sinking bread and the other a method feeder. Main bait was strawberry luncheon meat. Had about 40-50 carp in the session averaging 10-12lb, topping 15lb... an amazing day!

not sure what its called, ran by someone called rodger past thrisk. Its only a smallish pond, and around 5foot deep. Been a couple of times now, but thats the best session for quantity of fish. Although had bigger out of it, but considering it wasnt that warm... it was like mackerel bashing with bread! only 10 times the size. Nothing better than flicking a bit bread between some hanging tree branches and seeing it just get vaccumed up

yeah, i have had 3 trips, and got a 27lb and 15lb cat on the 1st two sessions, the cooler weather this time maybes put the cats off. But highly recomend it, floating bread is a winner!
