sharpley catch report,30/1/05

i caught 3 trout
one was 4 lb 2 oz and the others were 2 lb 4 oz
i put one small one back
and kept 2



i caught the biggest at 7.30am second cast
ant didnt get the others until 5.00pm
when terry wood gave me a couple of flies and said try these
and i caught 2 in 10 minutes

they were blob on
hahaha
cant wait for lessons so i can cast properly
my 1st cast i caught my back

Next time try fishing fine leaders,about 10\' long.It took me a while to suss that one.

i was fishing 8 lb leaders the length of the rod
9\' 6\"

i will be down to 3 lb by the time im 60

Aye,i was talking 3-5lb leaders sless,with the sport tickets there the fish are very wary.
