I've had good results from loch rutton, some good doubles. Not fished Milton but one of those I've wanted to try for a while. Not tried loch Arthur either. We went to woodhall in February, my mate had a 6 pounder but that was it for a full day. Tried it again in march for a couple of hours in the boat and nothing.

I was also told to try Alemoor which is a bit further west I think, I've been told that it holds some real biggies.
Thanks again for your advice blugsden.

Try heading south to semer water just past Richmond and leyburn. I've had a 23lb and a 24lb. My mates had a 29lb a few years back.
its also done 30lbs cos they are big bream eaters.
Also had double rod hook ups with jacks on the right hand side bank in the woods.
