Hello lads just to let you know i have,nt gave up on the old fly.
Was up Derwent recently and found out it is open all the way throught till the end of November. Fishing ends 3:30pm.
Was talking to some lads ledgering near the sailing club side and they were from a club who had permission to fish for Roach. They were catching loads for release in other waters.
I,m wrapped up with Cod fishing at the moment but the Derwent surrounded by snow looks mighty inviting--might have one more blast before the season bows out.
