i have just bought a van at witton castle has anyone fished the lakes there - any info greatly recieved.

Hi just down the road from me, its a good place to fish if your stripping try zonkers, cats whisker or black fritz always worked for me this time of year and don`t be put off thinking that small pond in-front of the cabin is not going to be much sport as all the big uns will be in the big lakes as there`s good sport in there
people have there favorite hot spots but everywhere fishes the lads in the cabin are good crack they will keep yu right on whats doing at the mo

fished the lakes many times, and i have honestly never had a bad day! i always go to witton when the confidence is low after a 'lean spell'
