well after deciding not to take the boat out today i opted for a days coarse fishing on my favourite lake,fishing a short pole with single maggot my first drop in produced an ide of app. 3/4 lbthis set the pattern for the next three hours ide,roach, perch gudgeon. ended up with 8lb of fish not bad for the first sesh of the year

Fished Horton last week lots of Perch and Roach on worm. Makes a change from blanking at sea.
