West House Fishing Report 25/01/09
The last heat of the West House Winter League series took place this saturday The weather was very cold with light winds and bright conditions making the fishing challenging
Ernie Craster drew the favoured peg to start and managed three fish off this first move, but on the other lake Terry Sharp made a blistering start landing 4 and losing another 2 fish. The temperature then dropped and although a lot of fish were showing on the surface they were difficult to tempt. Odd fish were caught but by lunchtime terry and Ernie had 4 fish with Paul Moore and Kevin Henderson on 2.
Terry Sharp made another quick start on the afternoon catching 2 fish quickly with Peter Crowe starting to catch along with Ernie and kevin Henderson. However Terry was never going to be caught finishing with a total of 10 fish followeed ny Ernie on 6, Kevin Henderson on 5 and Peter Crowe on 4. Full credit to all anglers in difficult conditions as all managed to catch fish on the day.

3rd Kevin Henderson 5 fish QUALIFIED
