northumberland/club water?

I past a small pond a few years ago near west fleetham a few miles inland from seahouses and a few lads were fishing it.
I have past it a few times this year and it seems to have a few pegs set up on it but i have never seen anybody fishing it.
I just wondering if anyone knows who owns it or runs it as i have a caravan up there and miss a fishing session on my hols.
Could it be a club water?

I seem to say this a lot (on this site) but I'm not sure what/where you mean, however there is a (posh) Hotel there who control the fishing on the stream and pond on (Long Nanny I think!). Up there they were s**t hot on people who weren't LOCAL (aka The League of Gentlemen), went for Hunting permission and they tried to run me out of town! Didn't work HaHa!!
However it was trout fishing with the occasional run of Sea Trout, the trout were stunning and the stream had some lovely Flounders.
