Arrived at the fishery about 8.30 and there was a heavy freezing fog kicking around, half of the lake was frozen but the lodge end was clear due to the aireator spouting out water.
Tackled up with black fritz as per recommendations and changed to buzzers after an hour or so due to a creaking old back.
Managed to bag a couple of fish(1 Blue ) one on a black buzzer and one on a diawl bach, My mate Ronnie bagged three on black buzzers and released a couple.
Unfortunately our time was up at 2.30 as fish were starting to be caught at the bottom of the lake.
All in all a good day except for being up to the eyes in clarts, must take my wellies the next time.
