  • Canny Brownie.

    Had this one today while fishing for Salmon on the Wear.
    Around 3lb and in very good condition for this time of year.
    I bet it would have put up a good scrap on conventional Trout gear,it was a bit out gunned on the Double hander.

                      aye definately a brownie lol. And a beaut at that. Lot alot of anglers dont believe me when i tell them theres some absolute cracking brownies in the wear, people just dont target them as much. Used to get them similar size early season a few years back in areas around fatfield, chester le street and willington.
