Dont think ill be allowed to even smile for a while im in the doghouse as ive just purchased, a new rod and reel.
Not bad eh only took up the sport last sat ,only fished once (caught nowt) but now have 2 rods ,two reels and 4 spools of line.
Anyone starting out give me a shout and you can get yourself a bargain on my first set up,one careful owner lol

Things will have moved on by then though simon-ayre and i will be involved in the cutting edge of aero-modelling or something else by then and no longer able to give up to the minute advice on the fishing

The cliffs at Whitburn is definitely a winter mark but I'll let you know as soon as I start hitting them mate
