I doubt it Simon, what with flies being slung all over the place, probably best to give the fisheries in question a quick phone call.

Cheers lads took the dogs to sharply but it was a no go! no spectators allowed,did see a couple of fish caught while i was there though.And for the animal lovers amongst you the dogs got a walk on the hall beach

Witton says anglers only Simon, but there was a point to point today, loads of dogs being walked round. Check first.

I never realised just how dangerous it is when people and pets walk behind you. The line and hooks must fly back a good 20-30 feet.

That why it's best to wait until the cast is finished before walking behind anyone.Cos it knacks to get a hook in you,I got one in my knee once,hossie job to get it out.
