  • Fly fishing get together

Well, as the cod season winds down, I thought I would see how many fluff chuckers are active on the site.

As were all such a social bunch I thought I'd see how many people were interested in a bit of a fly fishing get together/competition.

I was thinking sometime between 31st March to the 15th April.

As to location, somewhere like the Derwent with plenty of bank space and probably fairly central to most people on the site.

Could also get a few prizes together - heaviest bag, HSF etc etc

Let me know who's interested, and we can take it from there.

    regards

    Stu

I'd be thinking about coming as long as I could be like Kendo Nagasaki.

Japan's best English Mystery Trout Wrestler.

As long as I can cast in BriH's slipstream or something close to that.

I realise I may be asking too much as an ordinary person but this is the only chance I get say things to people.

More the merrier Tooly, as the prize fund will be a lot bigger then and we could also make a donation to the RNLI.

Besides, whats to stops your mates from registering and taking part on NESA

Well done Stuey for organising this mate. I would have loved to come along, even just for the weigh in to say hello but will be travelling back from Sandringham that day but best of luck to everyone that turns up and I hope it is a great success for you all.

                            Jim.
