      Had a quick scan through, and now starting to work my way through it in more detail.

      Having been part of the NFSA/BASS/SACN angling delegation that visited Bradley & Pickering in London, I\'m pleased to see a lot of what we discussed included, particularly the emphasise on including the needs of anglers in the proposed restructure, and the rebalancing of the representation accorded to the commercial fishing sector.

      Lots of good stuff in there, so long as people can get past the suggestion that Sea Angling becomes licensed (and the inshore commercials also start paying an annual fee for their licence on the \'user pays\' principle).

      We\'ve just 12 weeks to take it all in and respond to the proposals, which means anglers making sure that their representative organisations get involved and respond in the best interests of anglers.
