New NSFC Representative

I have just recieved a letter from Defra confirming my appointment as a ministers appointee to the Northumberland sea fisheries committee.

The committee is made up of 9 ministerial appointees and nine representative from local councils.

This is a position that has been vacant for several years effectively leaving anglers without a voice on the NSFC, however I will try my best to represent anglers in the region.

If anyone has any issues they would like me to raise on behalf of anglers I would be more than happy to discuss this with them. I can be contacted via the pm system on this forum.

Thanks guys, I think I will need it . I have now recieved details of the committee makeup and with 20 members and one RSA rep it may or may not be a uphill struggle, we'll see
