Lush morning calm sea no wind and sunshine great to be out in yak , tried close in managing three to 4lb drifting with shads on light gear , was a bit slow so paddled out to the Skeers . Drifting with the tide was able to fish very light shads hitting good stamp of fish every drift with the fish fighting hard especially a couple of decent Pollock determined to dive back to bottom .

I keep telling myself that I’ll be buying a yak one day

Unfortunately I’m still in a flat with nowhere to keep one 😂

    Nice one 👍
    Ooh a new vid!

Aye great to see Dave. I've actually not had a Pollock of any size to feel how they fight. Like Rocky says, we will have to have a venture up to Cresswell sometime to see if we can't put that right. Don't much fancy bringing the Granny fish on board though!

Great set of photos, and good to hear the fish are still out there. Hope to be back out again sometime over the weekend.
