what a cracking day. pushed off to see if we could get any mackerel. started to pick fish up from the start. a few nice cod and odd ling.
then after 2-3 wrecks we picked up 50 mackerel. cut up and straight on,
bang, straight into some nice lings
steady stream of fish coming in, soon we had a good few cod and about 6 lings into double figures.
decided to hit a wreck I knew would fish the way the conditions and state of tide was, steamed off to it. and bang lovely cod coming in left right and centre.
down to the fresh mackerel, but also on the shads and sidewinders.
