I take her for a walk along the beach, but she bitches about carrying the fork.
I bought her something different for her birthday...........But all she said was, "When will I use all these shads":
It seems to me there's no pleasing some people.
PMSL Arthur .....You're all heart.......bet you told her the fork was for the garden....

Reminded me of the shore catch report 2 days ago, gloriously entitled "Favourite hole."

Was a bit diasppointed when I read it

I think this thread has touched on a dodgy subject ....only 3 boat owners have given thier views on wives . Maybe some boat owners wives read the posts on here...

I named the boat after her , in a round about sort of way , so what can she say about what it costs? As for time away fishing , I get a lot less grief for taking he boat out than I did when I was pike fishing and left home with a " see you when I get back " and that was three or four days later.

The whole "next summer" time frame for the yak may end up getting stretched out a bit...

Even going at it half arsed costs you about 800 quid...and that's assuming you have the requisite storage, which I don't

Long term planning required...and maybe a bit of the skippers enginmaneering skills as well
