Off out of Amble for 7am on the above boat.Headed south for 10 mins then the fishing started.A slow start but then the fish started coming in.Plenty 2-4 pounders all day long.My mate thought he was in to a double figure fish but once on the surface there was not 1 not 2 but 3 cod on!! 6lber and 2x 4lbers!!.
Most of the fish came on daylights baited with prawns.
Another thing is that the craic on the boat was fantastic the day with 5 other lads on from Ashington.So if any of yous reads this hopefully we'll see yous again!!
This is the 2nd time ive been out on this boat and the 2nd time the skipper has found us fish....nice one!! top bloke and top boat!!
