The One and Only

With onset of offshore wind forecast I hurried down to Latimers first thing this morning. Once again the sea was perfect

and as I headed out it was pretty much blue skies all the way.

Given that offshore wind was imminent I only ventured about half a mile from the cliffs
[IMG][/IMG]
Then as if to seal the perfect scenario a nice fish came along.
[IMG][/IMG]!
Much like those caught the other day it was another dececnt size cod.

In truth after just an hour on the water the wind did get up so it ended up the one and only for the day.

Nevertheless, a little bit of careful carving produced two lovely fillets.
