    left friars goose at 6.30 out of the piers for 7am'headed to the can area to fish the hard ground.fished close in and never got a bite for 2hrs'then started to get small stuff which were returned.only got 1 keeper all day;there was very little drift all day i would of tried a few wrecks.but being a novice i havn'nt mastered the technique of fishing them.headed back in at 2pm for the long trek back to friars goose.its was a lovely day to be out pity about the fish.i have a few photo's of the day

        Pity I missed the trip but it looks like you had a good day out all the same. Well done on findin a few fish

            Friars Goose to the sea in half an hour, that's good going; don't let the Port Ops read that. Good fishing too, well done.
