canny weekend jfk two
jfk two 28th and 29th may
out this weekend, and for a change weather was canny, ended up with 40-50 fish each day.
mostly a nice stamp of fish mainly in the 6 to 8 lbs stamp
with cod to 12.5lbs [neil cod 12.5lbs]

mostly nice cod but some nice ling as well

today we had the locomotion sea angling club aboard today, and two new lads with them on there very first ever boat trip. both lewis and andy did really well. taking 6-7 nice fish each most in the 6-8lbs stamp

even managing some on the shads, took a few Pollack and also a couple of catfish [wolfs].
had a couple of mackerel through the week. but they were still elusive this weekend,
a few fresh maccies would have certainly helped. and would have seen a even better catch taken,
but all in all a really enjoyable weekend
