cant tell any lies on this post(journalistic licence) had a member of bsa on board
so the start was canny the middle was crap and the end was ok

started off by trying for some mackeroonies, they were in short supply

couple of wrecks produced a few fish including the best of the day at 8 1/2lb
then it was a wreck that produced BIG BIG coleys those that managed to bypass coley security were rewarded with a couple of nice cod

next stop was the ground marks on the way home, these too produced a few nice cod.

water was clean, shads rippers hokkis daylights prawn rag and mackie were baits, wind and tide produced a fast drift for a while.

all in all a hard day but at least in good company

Aye. I saw you heading north, might have a try on the ground for a few cod in the morning seeing you've had some! Just a couple mind I don't want a massacre! Didn't do much myself this morning just a few coaleys and three small pollack which all went back.
