We were out yesterday (Sunday) leaving the lock about 7 am, had a good day afloat with plenty codling between us and a few just short of double figures but no doubles for us this weekend.

Must of had around 20 -30 cod each aswell as the odd ling, haddock and gurnard, put loads of 4-5 lb'ers back.

Good fun fishing again with the 4-5 lb'ers putting up a he'll of a scrap and the sun blazing most of the day.

Was like a quicksilver show in the lock on the way back in with 3 Qs 640's tied up together

Cracking report Martin , You're right about the 4-5lb fish putting up a fight, and when you let them go, they go back like rockets .
