Sea sickness is caused by the confusion of what your sensors (anvils etc in ear) are telling your brain and what your eyes are telling it. To combat some of this take sea sickness tablets before you go as this thickens the liquid the sensors sit in (they dont move so much), switch off the engine if you can as engine fuels will cause you to feel nauseus, try to limit the time spent looking down into the boat to a minimum, look at the horizon pref the land as this will be static and reduces the confusion of signals, eat ginger biscuits or crystalised ginger as this will reduce the sick feeling, reduce the drink the night before and failing all the above sit under a big tree.
best regards
Jgive a man a fish and feed him for a day - teach the man to fish and feed him for life!!!!

Much discussed subject this..I had a slight worry on the way out on saturday but if you are getting fish and keeping busy it usually takes your mind off it.
Ginger, travel sickness tablets and watching the horizon all help as well. But if you suffer from sea sickness, keep off the drink the night before..
